Since we are not attorneys specializing in estate planning (though we know some good ones), we stick to what we’re good at—managing details. Early planning and preparation will pay off when it is time to help a parent or family member transition from a home to assisted living.

As one example of our concierge service, our team comes in alongside the families working through this life transition. We help the adult children or caretakers formulate a plan to get the home empty and in a timely manner. Our team actually participates in the process whenever needed or requested.

Once the property is free from personal items, Boise’s Best will solicit bids for whatever cleaning and/or repairs are necessary and coordinate with the executor of the estate. We then schedule those items, meet the people at the home to get the work done, follow up upon completion and compare the contractor’s invoice with the bid. Then we either coordinate with the seller for payment—at the time of service or upon closing.
